Our Strategy

We worked with Secret Nature to implement a strong Technical SEO foundation and implemented ongoing On-Page SEO over the duration of the campaign.

We also used a combination of aggressive link building and natural link building from niche relevant bloggers with some optimized anchor text distributions. The main goal was to gain quality links that would improve rankings while not risking penalizing the client’s site.

As the Secret Nature continued to grow, we worked with them to improve other areas of their digital marketing including content marketing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and email marketing.

We initially ran a link profile analysis and found that there was a lot of risky link building performed.

The anchor text profile of the client was overly aggressive keywords in the anchor texts.

We started building a lot of links with natural and branded anchors to help diversify the anchor text profile and reduce the risk of a link penalty.
